Over 150 thousand passengers have been carried for the year of cooperation with Vnukovo airport

Since February 1st 2005, when Vladivostok Air  R. O. N. in Vnukovo international airport, the company has performed 1,481 flights and has carried 159,550 passengers.

Having started from two directions (Vnukovo — Abakan and Vnukovo — Vladivostok), the airline added six more destination points to its coverage, including Kemerovo, Tomsk, Barnaul, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (via Irkutsk), Krasnodar and Blagoveshchensk (via Omsk).

Over the period of the airline cooperation with Vnukovo airport it has gained increasing interest from passengers. In particular, in July the airline carried 28 thousand passengers using Vnukovo airport facilities as compared to only 6 thousand in February of the last year.

Presently Vladivostok Air is one of the leaders in passenger traffic in Vnukovo airport and is performing flights to Vladivostok, Kemerovo, Tomsk and Abakan by Tu-154M with business and economy seatings and Tu-204—300.

Considerable growth of passenger flow was noticed on Vladivostok Air flights after the airline acquired new long range crafts Tu-204—300 for its fleet. The solemn occasion of the craft delivery took place in Vnukovo airport on May 20, 2005. Since the airline opened regular passenger flights by Tu-204—300 last June, it has carried 32,083 passengers by this type of aircraft via Vnukovo airport.

Vladivostok Air is one of the largest air carriers in Russia with a wide network of routes covering Russian regions and 30 directions in Asia-Pacific Rim including Japan, China, South Korea and Vietnam. Vladivostok Air has the fleet of over 50 planes and helicopters of various modifications (Tu-204—300, Tu-154M, Tu-154B, Yak-40, An-24, Mi-8, Ka-32). Besides the fleet of aircrafts the airline operates one of the largest helicopters fleet in Russia used for both domestic and international flights.
