In the course of negotiations between the representative delegations of OJSC Vladivostok Air and Asiana Airlines Inc. the parties discussed issues of strategic cooperation between the two companies.
Agreement was reached for the establishment of close cooperation in all spheres of aviation business including organization of air transport sales, commercial operation of airlines and execution of contract for ground service and maintenance for A320 and A330 in Seoul Airport.
In the nearest future the parties will sign appropriate documents. The companies confirmed their settled intention to further develop and strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation.
Precondition for the execution of cooperation agreement between OJSC Vladivostok Air and Asiana, one of the largest air carriers in Asia, was the successful IOSA results achieved by Vladivostok Air as well as the airline?s confirmed membership in IATA.
The close relations between the two airlines will result in the intensification of passengers flows from the Russian cities Vladivostok and Khabarovsk to the capital of Republic of Korea Seoul and farther to the largest centers of Asia, Oceania, Australia, America and Europe.
