Especially for these purposes, our specialists have developed a service «Express air delivery», users of which have the ability to send and receive correspondence and urgent parcel from airport to airport on scheduled flights of Vladivostok Air across Russia. We’ll help you if you want quickly and secure to deliver a package of documents or a small object in weight from 100 grams till 3 kilograms in many Russian cities!
The technology for sending and receiving documents is simple. Everyone has the opportunity to send an envelope or package the earliest Vladivostok Air flight to the destination airport. You must contact the department of mail and all-cargo service of Vladivostok Air in Vladivostok Airport (tel: (4232) 307–709, working hours daily from 08:00 to 20:00) or in the representative of the airline office in any other airport of the RF territory, no later than 2 hours before departure of your flight.
Your documents or parcel (weighing no more than 3kg) will be delivered the next flight to the desired airport. Your colleagues will be able to get the documents in the airlines immediately after the flight arrival. Upon acceptance for delivery its content is subject to mandatory inspection by airline security using technical means of inspection.
Items, materials, transportation of which is prohibited by applicable airline regulations or Russian Federation legislation, including foreign exchange and currency of the Russian Federation, passports, medicines, etc. will not be accepted for delivery.
Transportation cost will depend on the weight of the documentation and traffic direction. For example, to send a package up to 500 grams to Vladivostok — Moscow costs 500 rubles.
