The carrier shall have the right to unilaterally cancel the passenger air transportation agreement in the case of violation by the passenger of passport, customs, sanitary or other statutory requirements and rules:

• presented to the passenger by the federal aviation rules;
• presented by the Russian Federation legislation related to air transportation and international air transfers;
• defined by the appropriate authorities of the state of departure, destination or transit.

If health status of an aircraft passenger requires special conditions of transportation or threatens safety of the passenger or other people, which is confirmed by medical documents, as well as it creates disorder and unavoidable inconveniences for other persons, the carrier shall have the right to refuse the passenger and to cancel the agreement.

Rejection of a passenger to pay for the extra luggage or a child traveling with him shall also give the carrier the right to unilaterally cancel the transportation agreement.
