Under a voluntary desire of a passenger to go the new itinerary, a new ticket is executed under the general conditions. A voluntary rejection of a flight is the rejection of the passenger (including delay for the ticket check-in or the boarding). Under a voluntary rejection less than 24 hours, a charge is discounted, which amount may not exceed twenty five percent of the amount paid for the air transportation.
An ex parte change by a passenger of the date and time of departure for later or earlier than the specified period shall be considered as a voluntary rejection of the flight.

Passenger, baggage, cargo transportation to airport (point) of destination whereto passenger, baggage, cargo is to be delivered under contract for passenger air transportation, contract for cargo air transportation by several carriers under one and the same transportation document or additional documents completed together with such document shall be deemed single transportation regardless of whether any change (overloading) or interruption in transportation.
