An air ticket is a contract of air transportation made between the carrier and the passenger. Currently, there are two types of air tickets: paper and electronic. A paper ticket is executed on a Vladivostok Air blank form. Electronic tickets are executed without paper blank forms.

Buying an electronic ticket

An electronic ticket can be purchased in any ticket office of the Company and in the agencies for air transport services. Payment for such ticket can be made in cash, using a credit card or on account.

If you own Visa or MasterCard credit cards, then an electronic ticket can be bought via the Internet at the Company's site.

When buying a ticket in an air office you are given an Itinerary receipt to confirm the E-ticket purchase, where information is contained of the passenger, his (her) itinerary and the amount paid. When paying cash, along with the Itinerary receipt, a cash voucher is given for the amount paid for the E-ticket.

The cash voucher can be attached to the report, should you choose using an E-ticket when flying for business. Whenever necessary, you can get an invoice to confirm the payment and the use of transfer.
