Refund of money paid for transportation is made by the carrier or under its order by an authorized agent at the place of purchase.Refund shall be done upon presentation of an air ticket with unused flight coupons to the agent and on producing of an identity document, or to an authorized person on presentation of an identity document and a document to confirm the right for refund of the money.

Under a voluntary rejection of transportation:

At refund for an unused ticket under a voluntary refund of transportation, refund of the amount for an unused segment is made. The ticket should have the proper remark, which is the basis for involuntary refund or there have to be a document to confirm the basis for involuntary refund. The sum for refund, penalties and period of validity of the ticket for refund are determined by fare rules.

In case of a forced rejection:

In the case of a flight rejection for reasons independent of the passenger, the following conditions shall apply when canceling the agreement:

• The air ticket should have the proper remark, which is the basis for acknowledgement of repayment as forced or there have to be a document to confirm the basis for forced repayment.
• The sum for repayment, penalty charges and the ticket validity period for repayment is determined by the terms of the tariff application.
• In case of involuntary refund the passenger is refunded the fare paid if no sector is used . If one sector is used refund is made according to the rules of the applicable fare.
• The period of validity of the ticket depends on the fare rules.
