Money for e-tickets can be returned through OJSC Vladivostok Air Information Center only by remittance to a bank card. In case of money return for e-ticket purchased after June 1st 2009 service fee in the amount of 100 (hundred) roubles shall be retained for every issued air ticket and penalty if any specified in tariff application rules. Return check is issued for the return amount, copy of the check is sent to passenger's e-mail.
To get your money returned through OJSC Vladivostok Air Information Center you need to make a request for the e-ticket return by e-mail or to fill in the e-ticket return request form. The application shall include number of card initially used for the ticket payment. Please use the e-mail specified for e-ticket purchase to send your return application.
We pay your attention that after receiving return request, your booking will be cancelled, and it means that the place on the flight is not reserved for you anymore. In case of necessity to depart by this or other flight, rebooking is possible only with the surcharge stipulated in tariff application rules.
After receiving a reply to your request you need to indicate the specified amount into your application and forward it by e-mail: infocenter@vladavia.ru.
Money will be returned within 14 days.
If you paid for transportation in any currency other than rubles, the currency will be converted into rubles at RF Central Bank rate as of the return date (currency exchange rates are given at RF Central Bank website). Rounding is made according to mathematic rules 0–4 down to zero, 5–9 up to 1. Amount conversion into your card currency will be made at payment system exchange rates.
