Scheduled passenger and luggage operations are carried out in accordance with a fixed schedule. The carrier is obliged to take all measures to transport the Passenger and the luggage according to the schedule.

The carrier has a right to cancel/ to delay the flight, indicated in the ticket, to change the aircraft type, to change the itinerary, if flight and/or aviation safety conditions require it, just as in case when a public agency demand it in accordance with their competence.

In such cases, on agreement with the passenger, the Carrier in consideration of his(her) valid reasons and interests shall have to:

• execute transportation by its other flight;
• transfer the passenger to another carrier;
• arrange transportation by a different transport;
• make refund of moneys in accordance with the carrier’s tariff application rules.
