Before take-off, passengers should pay close attention to information provided on the location of emergency exits, where life vests are located, and how to use the oxygen masks. This information will greatly assist both you and the crew in the event of any emergency situation.

Different types of craft have varying locations and number of emergency exits, so we recommend that passengers listen attentively to the flight attendant's speech and/or acquaint themselves with the flight safety card in the pocket of the seat in front of them.

During the flight, we recommend that you not remove your seatbelt even when the “Fasten Seatbelts” sign has been turned off. This will keep you firmly in place in the event of any unexpected shakes or turbulence.

Electronic devices are not allowed during take-off and landing.
