The list of dangerous substances and items prohibited to transport in passenger and crew baggage in all civil aircraft.
In compliance with attachment No. 1 to the Rules of conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspection at the airport, asserted by the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on 25th of July 2007 No. 104 it is forbidden for passengers to transport on board of the aircraft in registered baggage or in the belongings of the passengers, the following dangerous substances and objects:
- Flammable material, explosives, and related objects:
- Explosive powders of any type in any packaging or quantity
- Ammunition (including small-gauge)
- Ammunition for gas guns
- Percussion cap (for hunting weapons)
- Pyrotechnic materials:
- Flares,
- Signal or Smoke cartridges or demolition,
- Sparklers, railway detonators
- TNT, dynamite, trinitrotoluene, ammonal, or other explosive materials
- Detonator capsules
- Blasting caps
- Flash fuses
- Detonating wire
- Compressed Gases:
- Gases for domestic use (butane, propane) and other gases
- Nerve or tear gas canisters, etc.;
- Flammable Liquids:
- Acetone
- Gasoline
- Oil samples
- Methanol
- Methyl acetate
- Carbon Bisulfate
- Ether
- Ethyl compounds
- Combustible Solids:
- Materials, which are exposed to spontaneous combustion
- Materials, which emit flammable gases when dealing with water, such as potassium, natrium, metallic calcium alloys, calcium phosphates and others
- White, yellow or red phosphor and any other material categorized as a solid flammable substance
- Organic peroxides:
- Colloidal pyroxylin in granule or flake form, dry or moist, with less than 25% water or solvent
- Moist colloidal pyroxylin in solid form with less than 25% water or alcohol
- Pyroxylin, dry or moist with less than 30% solvent or 20% water, etc.
- Toxic substances;
- Radioactive materials;
- Corrosives:
- Inorganic acids such as hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric and others
- Flouro-hydrogenic (hydrofluoric) acid and other strong acids and corrosive materials
- Poisonous Substances:
- Any poisonous substances in liquid or solid form in any type of packaging including
(but not limited to):
- Brucine
- Nicotine
- Strychnine
- Tetrahydrofurfuril alcohol
- Antifreeze
- Brake fluid
- Ethylene alcohol
- Mercury
- Hydrocyanic acids and cyanic compounds
- Cyclone, calcium nitrates, arsenious anhydrides
- Weapons:
- Pistols, revolvers, rifles, carbines and other fire, gas, pneumatic weapon, electroshock devices, daggers, stiletto knives, landing bayonets-knives, except for cases and in an order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Attention!
In connection with strengthening of security requirements established by the Russian Ministry of Transport the outer clothing, headwear and footwear of passengers are obligatory subject of preflight examination by x-ray installations.
