Bonus redemption under this program is made at the offices and the sales offices of Vladivostok Air. Bonuses can be issued only for the regular flights. You can't issue bonuses for the flights of partner companies. For registration it is necessary personal presence of the participant, the existence of a civil or a foreign passport or birth certificate.

During registration bonus certificate is issued, a participant must certify the signatures. This certificate is a confirmation of bonus receiving and it is a ground for cancellation of a participant’s account an appropriate quantity of leads. A participant has the right to issue the award to another person by writing off leads from his personal account. Prerequisite for the registration of such bonus is the presence of both parties during ticket registration and their joint follow the same flight on the same date. When you register bonus for children, certificate shall be signed by a parent.

Return of bonus ticket is allowed with a retention fee for the repayment procedure in the amount of 1000 leads. Refund of money along with a partial payment is carried out in accordance with the terms of the paid fine. Returning bonus ticket less than 24 hours before departure time on the first flight segment return of leads at the participant’s account is not made.
