Charge balance of points is made automatically in accordance with the table “Charge balance and writing-off points”. Writing-off points is done for using bonus executed with a certificate having your personal signature.
Use the below given search blank form to learn of charge balance for each lap specified in the ticket or writing-off points on Vladivostok Air flights. The table “Charge balance and writing-off points” is also published in our “Inflight magazine” .
Your points are added only for actually made flights on scheduled Vladivostok Air services. Points are accumulated per each flight segment. Thus the points on the transfer routes are accumulated for each segment.
In case of transportation to a destination point showed in the original ticket by another flight (flights) of Vladivostok Air, or flights of another airline points on the tickets in the context of Leader program are accumulating accordingly to the route and class of service indicated in the original ticket.
Points on upgraded tickets are accumulating for the class of service in which the ticketing was made originally.
Points are accumulateing on your account during 10 days from the date of flight was made. In case the points were not accumulated it is necessary to call the information center. Please keep the ticket's passenger coupon to speed up your claims.
