The participant is obliged to monitor the status of his account and timely request leads charging for the flight, if there was no automatic accrual.

Participant of the program must abide and strictly execute the terms and conditions of the program, to review this Program concerning its amending from time to time.

Enrolling in the program, the participant agrees to the processing of his personal data under the current Leader program, as well as partner programs.

OJSC Vladivostok Air reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Leader program, including the cancellation of the program both with prior notice, and without it.

Vladivostok Air reserves the right to conduct an inspection the legality of leads charging on the participants’ accounts and having revealed cases of improper charges to make its cancellation; to exclude any participant from the program and cancel all accumulated leads in case of violation of program rules and conditions by a participant. If a program participant in the absence of grounds under these Rules will make a deal with leads or bonuses (purchase, exchange, transfer, uniting, theft), the given leads will be canceled, and bonuses revoked.

Controversial issues related to participation in the program are resolved in the claim procedure. Participants claims associated with their participation in the program are sent to the email address: ffp@vladavia.ru.

Please pay attention

Starting from January 1st, 2011 all operations with the personal account are made under personal identification number (PIN) of the participant for service level upgrading of Leader program participants. The condition of an obligatory presentation of a constant plastic card for registration of bonuses is cancelled.
